
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the event.
By registering for the conference, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Registration
- All participants must complete the registration form and pay the applicable registration fee to attend the conference.
- Registration is not confirmed until the full payment has been received.
2. Payment
- You can make payments using the methods specified during login on the Payment page.
- All payments must be made in full before the event. Partial payments will not be accepted.
- The registration fee includes access to:
- All scientific & special sessions
- Exhibition and poster area
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Program books, e-book abstracts
- Conference materials
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to e-mail: support@thailandricehub.org
- Cancellations in September: There will be a 200 THB fee for management.
- Cancellations in October: deduct 50% of the registration fee.
- Substitute participants are welcome at no additional charge if the original registrant is unable to attend.
4. Event Changes
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the conference may be postponed or canceled. Registrants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.
5. Privacy
- The personal information collected during registration will be used for conference-related purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- By registering, you agree to receive communications from the conference organizers regarding this event and future events.
Agreement: By registering for Joint International Conference on Sustainable Rice Cultivation and Vegetable Science & Innovation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
